Students learn to use punches, kicks, knees, elbows, eye gouges, throat strikes, and more to fight back against an assault. By understanding basic striking methods and identifying high-value targets that are easy to access in the heat of the moment, students will learn how to injure an attacker in order to stop the assault.

In addition to developing empty-hand skills, you’ll also enhance your mindset, situational awareness, and ability to act preemptively—arguably the most effective techniques in self-defense.

Students will also learn how to use everyday objects such as canes, walking sticks, flashlights, pepper spray, and more to help protect themselves.

Senior Citizens: Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 a.m.

Teens & Adults: Classes meet Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m.
